THE PROCESS

• Challenge

Building instant trust and credibility while feeling modern, user-friendly, and differentiated in a typically conservative space. Users need to feel their money is safe while enjoying a clear, intuitive, and even delightful experience.

• GOAL

The design must instantly convey security, professionalism, and reliability.
Users need to feel their money and data are safe through visual cues, tone, and interactions.

• SOLUTION

Using familiar, stable colours that convey security and professionalism, as well as clean, legible typography with a balanced tone that is not too corporate and not too playful.
